We have the option to have an in-person meeting, engage in a traditional phone call, or utilize video-calling platforms like FaceTime, Skype, and others. It comes down to whatever you are comfortable with!

Over the years I have refined this process to make it super simple. Everything is emailed directly to you and can be completed online. Everything is in one place. No printing required!

04.The Fun Part! Learning & Details Phase

After the initial consultation I like to learn more details about the vision of your event. I strive for uniqueness. I'm keen on discovering elements about you that will contribute to the success of your day. These intricacies hold immense significance for me, serving as the foundation for building relationships and fostering the creation of artistic work. For instance: Perhaps you have a preference for black and white photography. Maybe you're not fond of conventional poses. It's possible that you're eager to incorporate your pets extensively. You might also desire a significant number of candid, unposed shots if your partner is uncomfortable in front of the camera. I feel that this is what separates me from my competition.

05. Event Day!

I want you to just focus on your day. My team will do the rest!


06. After the Event

Photo and/or Video: I will continue to communicate with you and keep you updated on the status of your photos and/or videos!


FAQ

Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?

For locations deemed to be within a "reasonable distance," there won't be any additional travel expenses incurred. The specific details regarding travel expenses are subject to negotiation between the client and the vendor, as there is no fixed flat rate. My aim is to ensure fairness in determining these expenses.

Can I pick my Photographer, Videographer, and/or DJ?

Our greatest advantage is our commitment to the "one team, one event per day" approach. Operating seamlessly as a cohesive unit, we focus exclusively on a single event each day. This ensures that you will have complete clarity regarding the distinct roles and responsibilities of every team member well in advance.

How long until I get my photos/videos?

According to our contract, the completion timeframe is "up to 90 days". However, considering seasonal variations, it is possible for us to complete the task in less than a month. On average, the process generally takes approximately 30-45 days. The advantage we offer is that we don't overload ourselves with three events in a day. We only do ONE event per day. This enables us to prioritize and deliver your event promptly without compromising on quality.

How will my photos and/or videos be delivered?

Photos: Upon completion, you will receive an email containing a link to a digital online gallery. From this gallery, you will have the convenience of downloading your photos in high resolution. Additionally, you will have the option to directly purchase prints of your desired images through the gallery.

Videos: Upon completion, you will be sent a direct download link via email. It is important to save and back up your video files for safekeeping. Rest assured, we will also keep a backup of your video files for a period of up to 2 years, ensuring their availability if needed.
